The sizing guide: from XS to XL without guessing
Measure once in millimetres and you will order the same size confidently every time.
The short answer
Measure each nail at its widest point in millimetres: XS is 6-8 mm, S 8-10 mm, M 10-12 mm, L 12-14 mm and XL 14-16 mm. If you are between sizes, size up and file the sidewall.

Use a soft tape or a strip of paper across the widest part of each natural nail, level with the cuticle. Write the millimetre value down per finger - hands are rarely symmetrical.

When in doubt, size up
A tip that is a fraction wide can be filed down the sidewall in seconds. A tip that is too narrow leaves your natural nail exposed at the edges and will catch and lift.
